WUDLAY ULTIMATE
Wudlay ULTIMATE plywood is made with high density timber, peeled from environmentally favouring, farm-grown EUCALYPTUS and POPLAR trees. With uniform thickness core and panels, Wudlay ULTIMATE plywood is most suited panel for interior furniture and may be used at moisture-prone areas.
Keeping balanced moisture content of 6.0%, the bonding process is done with high solid content MUF and PF resin for MR grade and BWP grade respectively. Due to the use of natural extenders and hardening agents inside that does not skip any wood pores thus provide uniform bonding.
Wudlay ULTIMATE Plywood is 4 times pressed under the temperature of 130°C and extreme pressure to compress the hardwood veneer and resin pack to obtain consistent quality High- Density in plywood.
